雙十國慶疫情依舊 32117例確診 新增57例死亡

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (10) that there were 32,117 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 32,068 local cases and 49 imported cases; 57 new deaths were confirmed among the confirmed cases.
The command center said that there were 32,068 new local cases today, including 14,844 males, 17,207 females, and 17 under investigation, aged from under 5 years old to over 90 years old. The cases are distributed in New Taipei City (6,162 cases), Taichung City (3,865 cases), Taoyuan City (3,627 cases), Taipei City (3,413 cases), Kaohsiung City (3,284 cases), Tainan City (2,293 cases), Changhua County (1,732 cases), Pingtung County (930 cases), Hsinchu County (912 cases), Yunlin County (821 cases), Miaoli County (817 cases), Hsinchu City (719 cases), Yilan County (641 cases), Keelung City (558 cases), Chiayi County (538 cases), Nantou County (525 cases), Hualien County (409 cases), Chiayi City (323 cases), Taitung County (228 cases), Kinmen County (134 cases), Penghu County (119 cases), Lianjiang County (18 cases) .
The command center pointed out that there were 57 new deaths from local cases today, including 35 males and 22 females, aged in their 40s to over 90s. 3 or more doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. The date of diagnosis is between August 22 and October 7, today (2022), and the date of death is between September 27 and October 7. Please refer to the attachment to the press release for details.
The command center stated that among the 49 new cases of immigration from abroad today, 23 were males and 26 were females, aged in their 20s to 80s, who were imported from Germany (1 case), and the other 48 infected countries are under investigation. The entry date is from September 11 to October 9 this year.
According to the statistics of the command center, up to now, a total of 18,403,139 new coronavirus pneumonia-related notifications (including 11,496,800 excluded) have been reported in China, of which 6,903,610 were confirmed, including 35,455 imported cases, 6,868,101 local cases, 36 Dunmu Fleet cases, 3 aircraft infections, 1 case is unknown and 14 cases are under investigation. Since 2020, a total of 11,584 COVID-19 deaths have occurred, of which 11,568 are local. The counties and cities of the cases are distributed as New Taipei City with 2,394 cases, Taipei City with 1,290 cases, Taichung City with 1,179 cases, Kaohsiung City with 1,073 cases, Taoyuan City with 888 cases and Tainan City. 870 in Changhua County, 466 in Pingtung County, 359 in Yunlin County, 356 in Nantou County, 312 in Miaoli County, 282 in Chiayi County, 258 in Keelung City, 250 in Yilan County, 201 in Hualien County, There are 190 cases in Chiayi City, 189 cases in Hsinchu County, 161 cases in Taitung County, 132 cases in Hsinchu City, 34 cases in Penghu County, and 25 cases in Kinmen County; the other 16 cases were imported from abroad.
The command center once again calls on the public to complete vaccinations as soon as possible, implement personal protective measures such as hand hygiene, cough etiquette and wearing masks, reduce unnecessary movements, activities or gatherings, and avoid going to crowded places or high risk of infection transmission and actively cooperate with various epidemic prevention measures, download and use the “Taiwan Social Distancing APP”, and jointly strictly guard the community defense line.
