id=\"spanHghlt7f4e\">\u300d<\/span>)\u5c31SKB118\/CR-001\u9054\u6210\u6230\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u8a72\u5408\u4f5c\u5354\u5b9a\uff0cCrescent\u6388\u4e88\u79d1\u502b\u535a\u6cf0\u5728\u5927\u4e2d\u83ef\u5340(\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u53ca\u81fa\u7063)\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u958b\u767c\u3001\u751f\u7522\u53ca\u5546\u696d\u5316SKB118\/CR-001\u7684\u7368\u5bb6\u6b0a\u5229\u30022026\u5e741\u6708\uff0cCrescent\u5ba3\u4f48\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u85e5\u54c1\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40(FDA)\u5df2\u6279\u51c6SKB118\/CR-001\u7684IND\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4ee5\u555f\u52d5\u5176\u91dd\u5c0d\u5c40\u90e8\u665a\u671f\u6216\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u7684\u5168\u7403ASCEND I\/II\u671f\u81e8\u5e8a\u8a66\u9a57(NCT07335497)\uff0c\u8a72\u7814\u7a76\u6b63\u5728\u9032\u884c\u4e2d\u4e26\u521d\u6b65\u8a08\u756b\u5165\u7d44290\u4f8b\u60a3\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u79d1\u502b\u535a\u6cf0\u9996\u5e2d\u57f7\u884c\u5b98\u845b\u5747\u53cb\u535a\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff1a<span id=\"spanHghltb5b4\">\u300c<\/span>\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u770b\u5230SKB118\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u7684IND\u7533\u8acb\u9806\u5229\u7372\u6279\uff0c\u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u4e2d\u570b\u8207\u5168\u7403\u81e8\u5e8a\u958b\u767c\u7684\u540c\u6b65\u63a8\u9032\u3002\u81ea\u8207Crescent\u9054\u6210\u5408\u4f5c\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u901a\u904e\u7dca\u5bc6\u5354\u4f5c\u3001\u512a\u52e2\u4e92\u88dc\uff0c\u9ad8\u6548\u63a8\u52d5\u4e86\u5408\u4f5c\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u7814\u767c\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u5c07\u57fa\u65bcADC+IO\u7b56\u7565\u7a4d\u6975\u63a2\u7d22SKB118\u8207\u81ea\u8eabADC\u8cc7\u7522\u7684\u806f\u7528\u6f5b\u529b\uff0c\u4ee5\u5145\u5206\u767c\u63ee\u7522\u54c1\u7ba1\u7dda\u7684\u5354\u540c\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u70ba\u764c\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u62d3\u5c55\u66f4\u591a\u6cbb\u7642\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<span id=\"spanHghlt7f4e\">\u300d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><u>\u95dc\u65bc<\/u><\/b><b><u>SKB118<\/u><\/b><b><u>\uff08\u4ea6\u7a31<\/u><\/b><b><u>CR-001<\/u><\/b><b><u>\uff09<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>SKB118\u662f\u4e00\u6b3e\u56db\u50f9\u96d9\u7279\u7570\u6027\u6297\u9ad4\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u958b\u767c\u7528\u65bc\u6cbb\u7642\u5be6\u9ad4\u7624\u3002\u5176\u7d50\u5408\u4e86\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u4e2d\u5169\u7a2e\u4e92\u88dc\u4e14\u7d93\u904e\u9a57\u8b49\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u6a5f\u5236\u2014\u2014PD-1\u548cVEGF\u963b\u65b7\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5c0dPD-1\u6aa2\u67e5\u9ede\u7684\u6291\u5236\u53ef\u6062\u5fa9T\u7d30\u80de\u8b58\u5225\u548c\u6467\u6bc0\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u800cVEGF\u963b\u65b7\u53ef\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u816b\u7624\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u8840\u6db2\u4f9b\u61c9\u4e26\u6291\u5236\u816b\u7624\u751f\u9577\u3002\u5728\u81e8\u5e8a\u524d\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0cSKB118\u5728VEGF\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u986f\u793a\u51fa\u63d0\u5347PD-1\u7684\u7d50\u5408\u548c\u4fe1\u865f\u963b\u65b7\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u5354\u540c\u85e5\u7406\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e26\u5177\u6709\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u6297\u816b\u7624\u6d3b\u6027\u3002SKB118\u7684\u6297VEGF\u6d3b\u6027\u9084\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u816b\u7624\u90e8\u4f4d\u7684\u8840\u7ba1\u6b63\u5e38\u5316\uff0c\u6709\u671b\u63d0\u9ad8\u806f\u5408\u7642\u6cd5(\u4f8b\u5982\u8207\u6297\u9ad4\u5076\u806f\u85e5\u7269(ADC)\u806f\u7528)\u5728\u816b\u7624\u5c40\u90e8\u7684\u5bcc\u96c6\u8207\u7642\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p><b><u>\u95dc\u65bc\u79d1\u502b\u535a\u6cf0<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u56db\u5ddd\u79d1\u502b\u535a\u6cf0\u751f\u7269\u91ab\u85e5\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8(\u7c21\u7a31<span \u95dc\u65bc\u79d1\u502b\u535a\u6cf0
