\u4e00\u9805\u7531 ALCOR Scientific \u8d0a\u52a9\u3001\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u65bc ClinicoEconomics and Outcomes Research \u7684\u7d93\u540c\u884c\u8a55\u5be9\u7814\u7a76<\/u><\/a>\uff0c\u5f9e\u7d93\u6fdf\u89d2\u5ea6\u6709\u529b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5728\u7ba1\u7406\u767c\u708e\u75be\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u6642\uff0c\u61c9\u540c\u6642\u4fdd\u7559\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u8207 C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u6aa2\u6e2c\u2014\u2014\u6b64\u7d50\u8ad6\u76f4\u63a5\u6311\u6230\u4ee5\u7bc0\u7701\u6210\u672c\u70ba\u7531\u4e3b\u5f35\u6dd8\u6c70\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u7684\u89c0\u9ede\u3002\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u76f8\u8f03\u55ae\u7368\u6aa2\u6e2c C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \uff0c\u5c07\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u8207 C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u7d50\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u53ef\u6e1b\u5c11\u8aa4\u8a3a\u4e26\u5e36\u4f86\u53ef\u89c0\u7684\u6de8\u6210\u672c\u7bc0\u7701\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u7f8e\u570b\u4e00\u5bb6\u64c1\u6709 739 \u5f35\u75c5\u5e8a\u7684\u5178\u578b\u5b78\u8853\u91ab\u5b78\u4e2d\u5fc3\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u8a72\u5206\u6790\u9810\u6e2c\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6e1b\u5c11\u8207\u8aa4\u8a3a\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8ddf\u9032\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u53ef\u7bc0\u7701 995 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u2014\u2014\u4e3b\u8981\u6e90\u65bc\u907f\u514d\u56e0 C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u5047\u967d\u6027\u6240\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u6aa2\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n

\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u8207 C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u4e26\u975e\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c<\/b><\/p>\n

\u6279\u8a55\u7d50\u5408\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u8207 C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u5c6c\u65bc\u91cd\u8907\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002 \u7136\u800c\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u6b63\u9762\u6311\u6230\u9019\u4e00\u5047\u8a2d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u8005\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300cC \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u8207\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u7684\u52d5\u529b\u5b78\u7279\u6027\u5728\u672c\u8cea\u4e0a\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u300d C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u5728\u6025\u6027\u767c\u708e\u5f8c\u6578\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u8fc5\u901f\u5347\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u6578\u65e5\u5167\u6062\u5fa9\u6b63\u5e38\u3002 \u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u4e0a\u5347\u8f03\u70ba\u7de9\u6162\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u6642 24 \u81f3 48 \u5c0f\u6642\uff0c\u4e14\u7dad\u6301\u5347\u9ad8\u7684\u6642\u9593\u66f4\u9577\u2014\u2014\u9019\u4f7f\u5176\u5728\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6162\u6027\u53ca\u4e9e\u6025\u6027\u767c\u708e\u75be\u75c5\u65b9\u9762\u5c24\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u98a8\u6fd5\u6027\u591a\u808c\u75db\u3001\u5de8\u7d30\u80de\u52d5\u8108\u708e\u3001\u7d05\u6591\u72fc\u7621\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u67d0\u4e9b\u60e1\u6027\u816b\u7624\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u4e9b\u751f\u7269\u5b78\u5dee\u7570\u610f\u5473\u8457\uff0c\u5169\u9805\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u662f\u4e92\u88dc\u800c\u975e\u91cd\u8907\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002 \u5728\u6b63\u78ba\u89e3\u8b80\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4f7f\u7528\u5169\u8005\u53ef\u63d0\u5347\u8a3a\u65b7\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u662f\u55ae\u4e00\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7121\u6cd5\u9054\u5230\u3002<\/p>\n

\u70ba\u4f55\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981<\/b><\/p>\n

\u9019\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u9069\u9022 value-based\uff08\u4ee5\u50f9\u503c\u70ba\u672c\uff09\u91ab\u7642\u6a21\u5f0f\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u6642\u523b\u3002 \u904e\u53bb\u7684\u300cChoosing Wisely\u300d\u5021\u8b70\u66fe\u4fc3\u4f7f\u91ab\u9662\u524a\u6e1b\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u300c\u91cd\u8907\u300d\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u7d93\u5e38\u88ab\u5217\u70ba\u524a\u6e1b\u76ee\u6a19\u3002 \u8a72\u5021\u8b70\u59cb\u65bc\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u6aa2\u6e2c\u4ecd\u5c6c\u4eba\u5de5\u64cd\u4f5c\u7684\u6642\u671f\uff08\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u50cf\u73fe\u4eca\u7684\u5168\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff09\u4e14\u5176\u5c0d\u91ab\u7642\u9ad4\u7cfb\u7684\u8ca1\u52d9\u5f71\u97ff\u4ea6\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5145\u5206\u8b49\u64da\u3002<\/p>\n

\u73fe\u6642\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\uff0c\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u5831\u92b7\u91d1\u984d\u50c5\u70ba\u6bcf\u6b21 2.70 \u7f8e\u5143\u2014\u2014\u751a\u81f3\u4f4e\u65bc\u4e00\u676f\u5496\u5561\u7684\u50f9\u683c\u2014\u2014\u800c\u5168\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u518d\u70ba\u81e8\u5e8a\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5e36\u4f86\u4eba\u624b\u8ca0\u64d4\u3002 \u7576\u8207 C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u4e00\u4f75\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6642\uff0c\u5176\u65b0\u589e\u6295\u5165\u6210\u672c\u6975\u4f4e\u3002 \u800c\u900f\u904e\u907f\u514d\u8aa4\u8a3a\u53ca\u5176\u8ddf\u9032\u6210\u672c\u6240\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u56de\u5831\u9060\u9060\u8d85\u904e\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u5169\u8005\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u500b\u91cf\u7d1a\u3002 \u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6210\u672c\u901a\u5e38\u9060\u4f4e\u65bc\u5831\u92b7\u91d1\u984d\uff0c\u8a00\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u589e\u5f37\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u7684\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4f5c\u8005\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u73fe\u4ee3\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u5206\u6790\u5100\u5feb\u901f\u3001\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u4e14\u6210\u672c\u4f4e\u5ec9\u3002 \u904e\u53bb\u8a8d\u70ba\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u6aa2\u6e2c\u6703\u70ba\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u8cc7\u6e90\u5e36\u4f86\u8ca0\u64d4\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\uff0c\u5df2\u4e0d\u518d\u6210\u7acb\u3002 \u554f\u984c\u5728\u65bc\u5176\u8a3a\u65b7\u50f9\u503c\u662f\u5426\u8db3\u4ee5\u652f\u6301\u76f8\u95dc\u6210\u672c\u2014\u2014\u800c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5c07\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u6c89\u964d\u7387 (ESR) \u8207 C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u7d50\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7b56\u7565\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u7b54\u6848\u986f\u7136\u662f\u80af\u5b9a\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n

\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u53ca\u7279\u7570\u5ea6\u6578\u64da\u5747\u6458\u81ea\u5df2\u767c\u8868\u7684\u81e8\u5e8a\u6587\u737b\u3002 \u6210\u672c\u6578\u64da\u4f86\u81ea\u7f8e\u570b\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u96aa\u8207\u91ab\u7642\u88dc\u52a9\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5fc3 (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) \u7684\u5831\u92b7\u6a19\u6e96\uff08ESR\uff1a2.70 \u7f8e\u5143\uff1bCRP\uff1a5.18 \u7f8e\u5143\uff09\u3002 \u8207\u8aa4\u8a3a\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8ddf\u9032\u6210\u672c\u7531\u7f8e\u570b\u81e8\u5e8a\u6307\u5357\u63a8\u7b97\uff0c\u4e26\u7d93\u81e8\u5e8a\u91ab\u751f\u9a57\u8b49\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u6539\u8b8a\u6e2c\u8a66\u6210\u672c\u3001\u8ddf\u9032\u8cbb\u7528\u53ca\u8a3a\u65b7\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\u7b49\u8b8a\u9805\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u60c5\u5883\u5206\u6790\u4e0b\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u7686\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u6975\u9ad8\u7684\u7a69\u5065\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n

995 \u842c\u7f8e\u5143\u2014\u2014\u4e3b\u8981\u6e90\u65bc\u907f\u514d\u56e0 C \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u5047\u967d\u6027\u6240\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u6aa2\u67e5\u3002 \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP) \u7d50\u5408\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u53ef\u6e1b\u5c11\u8aa4\u8a3a\u4e26\u5e36\u4f86\u53ef\u89c0\u7684\u6de8\u6210\u672c\u7bc0\u7701\u3002 \u7136\u800c\uff0c\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u6b63\u9762\u6311\u6230\u9019\u4e00\u5047\u8a2d\u3002 \u4f5c\u8005\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300cC \u53cd\u61c9\u86cb\u767d (CRP)
