\u672c\u5c46\u300c\u82d7\u6817\u7e23\u7522\u696d\u91d1\u5be6\u5353\u8d8a\u734e\u300d\u8a2d\u7acb\u56db\u5927\u734e\u9805\u985e\u5225\uff0c\u9f13\u52f5\u591a\u5143\u89d2\u8272\u5171\u540c\u6295\u5165\u6c38\u7e8c\u884c\u52d5\uff1a  \u7522\u696d\u91d1\u5be6\u5353\u8d8a\u734e\u8868\u63da\u4e0a\u5e02\u6ac3\u3001\u5927\u578b\u53ca\u4e2d\u5c0f\u4f01\u696d\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\u6c38\u7e8c\u8207\u5e78\u798f\u6c38\u7e8c\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u8868\u73fe\u3002  \u5973\u529b\u5178\u7bc4\u734e\u734e\u52f5\u5e74\u6eff 20 \u6b72\u3001\u65bc\u6c38\u7e8c\u8207\u4f01\u696d\u6cbb\u7406\u9818\u57df\u5c55\u73fe\u5c08\u696d\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7684\u5973\u6027\uff0c\u6df1\u5316 DEI\uff08\u591a\u5143\u3001\u5e73\u7b49\u3001\u5171\u878d\uff09\u7cbe\u795e\u3002  \u74b0\u5883\u7279\u6b8a\u8ca2\u737b\u734e\u80af\u5b9a\u4f01\u696d\u5728\u78b3\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u7da0\u8272\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u9632\u6cbb\u8207\u8cc7\u6e90\u5faa\u74b0\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5353\u8d8a\u8ca2\u737b\u3002  \u6027\u5e73\u7279\u6b8a\u8ca2\u737b\u734e\u8868\u63da\u7a4d\u6975\u6253\u9020\u6027\u5225\u53cb\u5584\u8207\u5171\u878d\u8077\u5834\u3001\u843d\u5be6\u5e73\u6b0a\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u4f01\u696d\u5178\u7bc4\u3002
