AIS\uff08\u8239\u8236\u81ea\u52d5\u8fa8\u8b58\u7cfb\u7d71\uff09\u4e4b\u8239\u8236<\/p>\n<p>\u7070\u8272\u5730\u5e36\u884c\u52d5<\/p>\n<p>\u7121\u8239\u540d\u3001\u533f\u540d\u822a\u8de1\u8239\u96bb<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5408\u4f5c\u5927\u5e45\u63d0\u5347\u53f0\u7063\u5728\u5340\u57df\u60c5\u52e2\u8907\u96dc\u5316\u4e0b\u7684 \u6d77\u57df\u60c5\u52e2\u611f\u77e5\u80fd\u529b\uff08Maritime Domain Awareness, OECMs \u5165\u6cd5\u570b\u5bb6<\/p>\n<p>\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u662f\u5168\u7403\u6d77\u6d0b\u4fdd\u8b77\u5340\uff08MPA\uff09\u8207 \u6d77\u6d0b\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u6548\u4fdd\u80b2\u63aa\u65bd\uff08OECMs\uff09 \u63a8\u52d5\u6700\u8fc5\u901f\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u5317\u6975\u6d77\u57df\u6cbb\u7406\u3001\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u53c3\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u5177\u524d\u77bb\u6027\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d77\u6d0b\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u6d77\u6d0b\u4fdd\u80b2\u7f72\u65bc 113 \u5e74\u8d74\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u62dc\u8a2a\u8a72\u570b\u6f01\u696d\u8207\u6d77\u6d0b\u90e8\uff08DFO\uff09\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u4e86\u89e3\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>OECMs \u5236\u5ea6\u67b6\u69cb<\/p>\n<p>\u8a55\u4f30\u6d41\u7a0b<\/p>\n<p>\u79d1\u5b78\u76e3\u6e2c\u65b9\u6cd5<\/p>\n<p>\u793e\u5340\u53c3\u8207\u8207\u5730\u65b9\u6cbb\u7406<\/p>\n<p>\u6c38\u7e8c\u8ca1\u52d9\u6a5f\u5236\u898f\u5283<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u4ea4\u6d41\u4fc3\u6210\u53f0\u7063\u5728\u4eca\u5e74 7 \u6708\u300a\u6d77\u6d0b\u4fdd\u80b2\u6cd5\u300b\u65bd\u884c\u6642\uff0c\u6210\u70ba \u5168\u7403\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u5c07 OECMs \u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u6cd5\u5236 \u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u5960\u5b9a\u672a\u4f86\u53f0\u52a0\u5728\u6d77\u6d0b\u6cbb\u7406\u4e0a\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u5408\u4f5c\u57fa\u790e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u660e\u5e74\u53f0\u7063\u5c07\u9996\u6b21\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u53f0\u52a0\u6d77\u4e8b\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u300d\u3000\u8de8\u90e8\u6703\u5408\u4f5c\u5e73\u53f0\u6210\u578b<\/p>\n<p>\u9810\u5b9a\u65bc 115 \u5e74 \u9996\u5ea6\u5728\u53f0\u8209\u8fa6\u7684 \u4e2d\u9577\u671f\u6d77\u6d0b\u5408\u4f5c\u85cd\u5716 7 \u6708\u300a\u6d77\u6d0b\u4fdd\u80b2\u6cd5\u300b\u65bd\u884c\u6642\uff0c\u6210\u70ba \u5168\u7403\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u5c07 OECMs \u5165\u570b\u5bb6\u6cd5\u5236 \u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u5960\u5b9a\u672a\u4f86\u53f0\u52a0\u5728\u6d77\u6d0b\u6cbb\u7406\u4e0a\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u5408\u4f5c\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u660e\u5e74\u53f0\u7063\u5c07\u9996\u6b21\u8209\u8fa6\u300c\u53f0\u52a0\u6d77\u4e8b\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u300d\u3000\u8de8\u90e8\u6703\u5408\u4f5c\u5e73\u53f0\u6210\u578b\u9810\u5b9a\u65bc 115 \u5e74 \u9996\u5ea6\u5728\u53f0\u8209\u8fa6\u7684 \u4e2d\u9577\u671f\u6d77\u6d0b\u5408\u4f5c\u85cd\u5716
