\u3010\u674e\u91cd\u5fb7\uff0f\u5c08\u6b04\u5831\u5c0e\u3011\u3000I had COVID-19 and here is my story. \nI made this post public out of several requests from my friends who\nasked me to share.  I hope it gives you\nsome good information and peace of mind!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff08\u6b66\u6f22\u80ba\u708e\uff09\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u4e0d\u5c11\u6211\u8eab\u908a\u670b\u53cb\u7684\u8acb\u6258\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u6211\u53ef\u4ee5\u8ddf\u5927\u5bb6\u5206\u4eab\u6211\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u6c7a\u5b9a\u628a\u6211\u7684\u67d3\u75c5\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u516c\u958b\uff0c\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u4e86\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

First how easily you can get it. I believe I caught\nit when attending a small house party at which no one was coughing, sneezing or\notherwise displaying any symptoms of illness. It appears that 40% of the\nattendees of this party ended up sick. The media tells you to wash your hands\nand avoid anyone with symptoms. I did. There is no way to avoid catching this except\navoiding all other humans. 40% of folks were all sick within 3 days of\nattending the party all with the same\/similar symptoms including fever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u9996\u5148\u5c0d\u65bc\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u5b83\u6bd4\u4f60\u60f3\u50cf\u7684\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u611f\u67d3. \u6211\u78ba\u4fe1\u6211\u662f\u5728\u53c3\u52a0\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u578b\u5bb6\u5ead\u805a\u6703\u6642\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u3002\u7576\u6642\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5ba2\u4eba\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u54b3\u55fd\u3001\u6253\u5674\u568f\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u986f\u73fe\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u751f\u75c5\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u5462\uff1f\u7d0440%\u53c3\u52a0\u805a\u6703\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\uff01\u5a92\u9ad4\u4e0a\u6240\u8aaa\u7684\u8981\u52e4\u6d17\u624b\u907f\u514d\u8ddf\u6709\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u4eba\u63a5\u89f8\uff0c\u6211\u90fd\u7167\u505a\u4e86. \u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u4f60\u5b8c\u5168\u907f\u514d\u8ddf\u4eba\u7fa4\u63a5\u89f8\u300240% \u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u53c3\u52a0\u805a\u6703\u5f8c\u4e09\u5929\u4e4b\u5167\u5c31\u767c\u75c5\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u90fd\u6709\u8457\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u767c\u71d2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second, the symptoms appear to be different\ndepending on your constitution and\/or age. Most of my friends who got it were\nin their late 40s to early 50s. I\u2019m in my mid 30s.  For us it was headache, fever (for first 3\ndays consistently and then on and off after 3 days), severe body aches and\njoint pain, and severe fatigue. I had a fever that spiked the first night to\n103 degrees and eventually came down to 100 and then low grade 99.5.  Some folks had diarrhea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u75c7\u72c0\u56e0\u4eba\u800c\u7570\uff0c\u56e0\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\u53ca\u5e74\u9f61\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u5e74\u9f61\u5c64\u7d04\u572840\u523050\u6b72\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u662f30\u5e7e\u6b72\u3002\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\u67d3\u75c5\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u75c7\u72c0\u662f\u982d\u75db\uff0c\u767c\u71d2\uff08\u6700\u521d\u4e09\u5929\u662f\u6301\u7e8c\u9ad8\u71d2\u800c\u5f8c\u4e09\u5929\u662f\u9593\u6b47\u6027\u9ad8\u71d2\uff09\uff0c\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u5287\u70c8\u75bc\u75db\u4ee5\u53ca\u95dc\u7bc0\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6709\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u56db\u80a2\u7121\u529b\u8207\u5026\u6020\u611f\u3002\u5728\u6211\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u665a\u4e0a\u9ad8\u71d2\u5230103\u5ea6\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u4e0b\u964d\u5230100\u5ea6\u300199.5\u5ea6.\u6709\u4e9b\u670b\u53cb\u5247\u6709\u8179\u7009\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I felt nauseous one day.  Once the fever is gone some were left with\nnasal congestion, sore throat. Only a very few of us had a mild itchy\ncough.  Very few had chest tightness or\nother respiratory symptoms. Total duration of illness was 10-16 days.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u60f3\u5614\u5410\u3002\u7576\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5f8c\uff0c\u9f3b\u585e\u3001\u5589\u56a8\u75db\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u5247\u6301\u7e8c\uff0c\u50c5\u50c5\u6975\u5c11\u6578\u7684\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u8f15\u5fae\u7684\u5589\u982d\u6414\u7662\u7684\u4e7e\u54b3\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5e7e\u500b\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u80f8\u53e3\u9b31\u60b6\u611f\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u547c\u5438\u9053\u611f\u67d3\u5fb5\u72c0\u3002\u6574\u500b\u767c\u75c5\u671f\u7d04\u6301\u7e8c10-16\u5929\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main issue is that without reporting a cough or\ntrouble breathing many of us were refused testing. I got tested through the\nSeattle Flu Study.  This is a RESEARCH\nstudy here in Seattle and they have been testing volunteers for strains of the\nflu to study transmission within the community. \nA few weeks ago, they started to test a random subset of samples for\nCOVID-19 infection.  They sent my sample\nto the King County Public Health Department for confirmation; however, I was\ntold that all of the samples that have tested positive in the research study\nhave been confirmed by Public Health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u554f\u984c\u7684\u7665\u7d50\u9ede\u5728\u65bc\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u54b3\u55fd\u6216\u547c\u5438\u56f0\u96e3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u6642\uff0c\u90fd\u50be\u5411\u65bc\u4e0d\u9700\u8981(\u6216\u4e0d\u8a8d\u70ba\u5fc5\u9808)\u63a5\u53d7\u6b66\u6f22\u80ba\u708e\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u6211\u662f\u900f\u904e\u4e00\u500b\u53eb\u505a\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u6d41\u611f\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u6240\u505a\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u4f4d\u65bc\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u900f\u904e\u5c0d\u5fd7\u9858\u8005\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u6d41\u611f\u75c5\u6bd2\u985e\u578b\u8207\u793e\u5340\u50b3\u64ad\u3002\u5e7e\u9031\u524d\u9019\u500b\u6a5f\u69cb\u958b\u59cb\u5c0d\u5fd7\u9858\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u505a\u96a8\u6a5f\u62bd\u6a23\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u628a\u6211\u7684\u521d\u6e2c\u5230\u7684\u967d\u6027\u6a23\u672c\u9001\u5230\u570b\u738b\u90e1\u7684\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u90e8\u9580\u53bb\u505a\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u78ba\u8a8d\u3002\u96a8\u5f8c\u6211\u88ab\u901a\u77e5\u9023\u540c\u6211\u5728\u5167\u6240\u6709\u967d\u6027\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4eba\uff0c\u90fd\u88ab\u78ba\u8a8d\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As of Monday March 9th, it has been 13 days since my\nsymptoms started and more than 72 hours since my fever subsided.  The King County Public Health Department is\nrecommending you stay isolated for 7 days after the start of symptoms or 72\nhours after your fever subsides.  I have\nsurpassed both deadlines so I am no longer isolating myself however I am\navoiding strenuous activity and large crowds and I obviously will not come near\nyou if I see you in public.  I was not\nhospitalized.  Not every country is\nhospitalizing everyone with a COVID-19 infection and in my case, and in many\nother cases, I didn\u2019t even go to the doctor because I was recovering on my own\nand felt it was just a nasty flu strain different from the ones I have been\nprotected from with this season\u2019s flu vaccine. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5f9e\u6700\u521d\u611f\u5230\u75c7\u72c0\u5230\u6628\u59293\/9\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u4e8613\u5929\uff0c\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u4e8672\u5c0f\u6642(3\u5929)\u3002\u570b\u738b\u90e1\u7684\u516c\u885b\u90e8\u9580\u5efa\u8b70\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u5728\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u51fa\u73fe\u5f8c\uff0c\u505a\u81f3\u5c117\u5929\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u7684\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\u3002\u5728\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5f8c\u768472\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\uff0c\u4e5f\u61c9\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u63a5\u89f8\u516c\u773e\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6211\u5df2\u7d93\u5ea6\u904e\u4e86\u9019\u5169\u500b\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4e0d\u518d\u81ea\u6211\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\uff0c\u65bc\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u9084\u662f\u907f\u514d\u904e\u5ea6\u53c3\u8207\u516c\u773e\u6d3b\u52d5\u8207\u63a5\u89f8\u5927\u6279\u4eba\u7fa4\u3002\u6211\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u4f4f\u9662\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u6240\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u4f4f\u9032\u90e1\u7acb\u91ab\u9662\u3002\u5f88\u591a\u8ddf\u6211\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u8005\uff0c\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u53bb\u770b\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u5c31\u81ea\u6211\u75ca\u7652\u4e86\u3002\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u611f\u89ba\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u500b\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u6d41\u884c\u578b\u611f\u5192\u7a0d\u5fae\u56b4\u91cd\u4e00\u9ede\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u6d41\u611f\uff0c\u8207\u6211\u6240\u63a5\u7a2e\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u6d41\u611f\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u7565\u70ba\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also truly believe the lack of testing is leading\nto folks believing that they just have a cold or something else going out into\npublic and spreading it.  And worse folks\nwith no symptoms are also spreading it as in the case of a person attending a\nparty or social gathering who has no symptoms. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u78ba\u4fe1\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u662f\u9020\u6210\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u76f8\u4fe1\u4ed6\u5011\u53ea\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u98a8\u5bd2\u6216\u4e00\u822c\u6b63\u5728\u50b3\u64ad\u7684\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u6d41\u611f\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u6700\u7cdf\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u662f\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u986f\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ecd\u820a\u6b63\u5e38\u53c3\u52a0\u96c6\u6703\u6d3b\u52d5\u6216\u6b63\u5e38\u793e\u4ea4\u805a\u6703\uff0c\u800c\u5c07\u75c5\u6bd2\u50b3\u64ad\u51fa\u53bb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I know some folks are thinking that this can\u2019t\/won\u2019t\nimpact them. I hope it doesn\u2019t but I believe that the overall lack of early and\npervasive testing damaged the public\u2019s ability to avoid the illness here in\nSeattle. All I know is that Seattle has been severely impacted and although I\u2019m\nbetter now I would not wish this very uncomfortable illness on anyone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u77e5\u9053\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u6b3e\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e0d\u6703\u50b3\u67d3\u7d66\u4ed6\u5011\u3002\u6211\u771f\u5fc3\u5e0c\u671b\u771f\u7684\u662f\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u4ecd\u820a\u76f8\u4fe1\u6574\u9ad4\u4e0a\u7f3a\u4e4f\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u8207\u9810\u9632\u6027\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u5730\u5340\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u7684\u62b5\u6297\u80fd\u529b\u3002\n\u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u662f\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u5730\u5340\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u6211\u5df2\u7d93\u75ca\u7652\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u771f\u7684\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u75c5\u60c5\u767c\u751f\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u8eab\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One thing that I believe may have saved me from\ngetting worse respiratory symptoms is the fact that I consistently took\nSudafed, used Afrin nasal spray (3 sprays in each nostril, 3 days at a time and\nthen 3 days off), and used a Neti pot (with purified water).  This could have kept my sinuses clear and\nprevented the symptoms from spreading to my lungs.  This is not medical advice: I\u2019m simply\nsharing what I did and correlating it with the fact that I had no respiratory\nsymptoms.  The two could be entirely\nunrelated based on the viral strain and viral load that I received.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u60f3\u6211\u505a\u4e86\u4e00\u4ef6\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u4e0d\u81f4\u65bc\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u6309\u6642\u670d\u7528 Sudafed (\u4e00\u7a2e\u85e5\u65b9\u8ca9\u552e\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u8655\u65b9\u7684\u611f\u5192\u9000\u71d2\u85e5)\uff0cAfrin \u9f3b\u8154\u5674\u5291 \u4ee5\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u6e05\u9f3b\u8154\u54bd\u5589\u5206\u6ccc\u7269\u7684Neti Pot \u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u4fdd\u6301\u6211\u7684\u9f3b\u8154\u54bd\u5589\u4e7e\u6de8\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9632\u5835\u75c5\u6bd2\u5411\u4e0b\u8513\u5ef6\u5230\u6211\u7684\u80ba\u90e8\u3002\u6211\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u9019\u88e1\u63d0\u4f9b\u91ab\u7642\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u55ae\u7d14\u7684\u5206\u4eab\u6211\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u80ba\u90e8\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u4e5f\u8a31\u6211\u6240\u505a\u7684\u8ddf\u80ba\u90e8\u611f\u67d3\u4e26\u7121\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u3002\u800c\u662f\u8ddf\u6211\u6240\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u7279\u6027\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u91cf\u6709\u95dc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope this information helps someone avoid getting\nsick and\/or push to get tested sooner rather than later so you know to isolate\nbefore it gets worse or to get medical care if you have respiratory distress.\nHand washing doesn\u2019t guarantee you won\u2019t get sick, especially when folks\nwithout symptoms are contagious and could be standing right next to you in any\ngiven social situation. You more likely than not will not die, but do you want\nto risk spreading it to a loved one over 60 or someone with an immunity issue?\nStay healthy folks!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe I caught it when attending a small house party at which no one was coughing, sneezing or otherwise displaying any symptoms of illness. It appears that 40% of the attendees of this party ended up sick. The media tells you to wash your hands and avoid anyone with symptoms. I did. There is no way to avoid catching this except avoiding all other humans. 40% of folks were all sick within 3 days of attending the party all with the same\/similar symptoms including fever. \u9996\u5148\u5c0d\u65bc\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u5b83\u6bd4\u4f60\u60f3\u50cf\u7684\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u611f\u67d3. \u6211\u78ba\u4fe1\u6211\u662f\u5728\u53c3\u52a0\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u578b\u5bb6\u5ead\u805a\u6703\u6642\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u3002\u7576\u6642\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5ba2\u4eba\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u54b3\u55fd\u3001\u6253\u5674\u568f\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u986f\u73fe\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u751f\u75c5\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u5462\uff1f\u7d0440%\u53c3\u52a0\u805a\u6703\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\uff01\u5a92\u9ad4\u4e0a\u6240\u8aaa\u7684\u8981\u52e4\u6d17\u624b\u907f\u514d\u8ddf\u6709\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u4eba\u63a5\u89f8\uff0c\u6211\u90fd\u7167\u505a\u4e86. \u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u4f60\u5b8c\u5168\u907f\u514d\u8ddf\u4eba\u7fa4\u63a5\u89f8\u300240% \u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u53c3\u52a0\u805a\u6703\u5f8c\u4e09\u5929\u4e4b\u5167\u5c31\u767c\u75c5\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u90fd\u6709\u8457\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u767c\u71d2. Second, the symptoms appear to be different depending on your constitution and\/or age. Most of my friends who got it were in their late 40s to early 50s. I\u2019m in my mid 30s.  For us it was headache, fever (for first 3 days consistently and then on and off after 3 days), severe body aches and joint pain, and severe fatigue. I had a fever that spiked the first night to 103 degrees and eventually came down to 100 and then low grade 99.5.  Some folks had diarrhea. \u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u75c7\u72c0\u56e0\u4eba\u800c\u7570\uff0c\u56e0\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\u53ca\u5e74\u9f61\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u5e74\u9f61\u5c64\u7d04\u572840\u523050\u6b72\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u662f30\u5e7e\u6b72\u3002\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\u67d3\u75c5\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u75c7\u72c0\u662f\u982d\u75db\uff0c\u767c\u71d2\uff08\u6700\u521d\u4e09\u5929\u662f\u6301\u7e8c\u9ad8\u71d2\u800c\u5f8c\u4e09\u5929\u662f\u9593\u6b47\u6027\u9ad8\u71d2\uff09\uff0c\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u5287\u70c8\u75bc\u75db\u4ee5\u53ca\u95dc\u7bc0\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6709\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u56db\u80a2\u7121\u529b\u8207\u5026\u6020\u611f\u3002\u5728\u6211\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u665a\u4e0a\u9ad8\u71d2\u5230103\u5ea6\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u4e0b\u964d\u5230100\u5ea6\u300199.5\u5ea6.\u6709\u4e9b\u670b\u53cb\u5247\u6709\u8179\u7009\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u3002 I felt nauseous one day.  Once the fever is gone some were left with nasal congestion, sore throat. Only a very few of us had a mild itchy cough.  Very few had chest tightness or other respiratory symptoms. Total duration of illness was 10-16 days.  \u6709\u4e00\u5929\u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u60f3\u5614\u5410\u3002\u7576\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5f8c\uff0c\u9f3b\u585e\u3001\u5589\u56a8\u75db\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u5247\u6301\u7e8c\uff0c\u50c5\u50c5\u6975\u5c11\u6578\u7684\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u8f15\u5fae\u7684\u5589\u982d\u6414\u7662\u7684\u4e7e\u54b3\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5e7e\u500b\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u80f8\u53e3\u9b31\u60b6\u611f\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u547c\u5438\u9053\u611f\u67d3\u5fb5\u72c0\u3002\u6574\u500b\u767c\u75c5\u671f\u7d04\u6301\u7e8c10-16\u5929\u3002 The main issue is that without reporting a cough or trouble breathing many of us were refused testing. I got tested through the Seattle Flu Study.  This is a RESEARCH study here in Seattle and they have been testing volunteers for strains of the flu to study transmission within the community.  A few weeks ago, they started to test a random subset of samples for COVID-19 infection.  They sent my sample to the King County Public Health Department for confirmation; however, I was told that all of the samples that have tested positive in the research study have been confirmed by Public Health. \u554f\u984c\u7684\u7665\u7d50\u9ede\u5728\u65bc\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u54b3\u55fd\u6216\u547c\u5438\u56f0\u96e3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u6642\uff0c\u90fd\u50be\u5411\u65bc\u4e0d\u9700\u8981(\u6216\u4e0d\u8a8d\u70ba\u5fc5\u9808)\u63a5\u53d7\u6b66\u6f22\u80ba\u708e\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u6211\u662f\u900f\u904e\u4e00\u500b\u53eb\u505a\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u6d41\u611f\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u6240\u505a\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u4f4d\u65bc\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u900f\u904e\u5c0d\u5fd7\u9858\u8005\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u6d41\u611f\u75c5\u6bd2\u985e\u578b\u8207\u793e\u5340\u50b3\u64ad\u3002\u5e7e\u9031\u524d\u9019\u500b\u6a5f\u69cb\u958b\u59cb\u5c0d\u5fd7\u9858\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u505a\u96a8\u6a5f\u62bd\u6a23\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u628a\u6211\u7684\u521d\u6e2c\u5230\u7684\u967d\u6027\u6a23\u672c\u9001\u5230\u570b\u738b\u90e1\u7684\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u90e8\u9580\u53bb\u505a\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u78ba\u8a8d\u3002\u96a8\u5f8c\u6211\u88ab\u901a\u77e5\u9023\u540c\u6211\u5728\u5167\u6240\u6709\u967d\u6027\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4eba\uff0c\u90fd\u88ab\u78ba\u8a8d\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002 As of Monday March 9th, it has been 13 days since my symptoms started and more than 72 hours since my fever subsided.  The King County Public Health Department is recommending you stay isolated for 7 days after the start of symptoms or 72 hours after your fever subsides.  I have surpassed both deadlines so I am no longer isolating myself however I am avoiding strenuous activity and large crowds and I obviously will not come near you if I see you in public.  I was not hospitalized.  Not every country is hospitalizing everyone with a COVID-19 infection and in my case, and in many other cases, I didn\u2019t even go to the doctor because I was recovering on my own and felt it was just a nasty flu strain different from the ones I have been protected from with this season\u2019s flu vaccine.  \u5f9e\u6700\u521d\u611f\u5230\u75c7\u72c0\u5230\u6628\u59293\/9\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u4e8613\u5929\uff0c\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u4e8672\u5c0f\u6642(3\u5929)\u3002\u570b\u738b\u90e1\u7684\u516c\u885b\u90e8\u9580\u5efa\u8b70\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u5728\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u51fa\u73fe\u5f8c\uff0c\u505a\u81f3\u5c117\u5929\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u7684\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\u3002\u5728\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5f8c\u768472\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\uff0c\u4e5f\u61c9\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u63a5\u89f8\u516c\u773e\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6211\u5df2\u7d93\u5ea6\u904e\u4e86\u9019\u5169\u500b\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4e0d\u518d\u81ea\u6211\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\uff0c\u65bc\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u9084\u662f\u907f\u514d\u904e\u5ea6\u53c3\u8207\u516c\u773e\u6d3b\u52d5\u8207\u63a5\u89f8\u5927\u6279\u4eba\u7fa4\u3002\u6211\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u4f4f\u9662\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u6240\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u4f4f\u9032\u90e1\u7acb\u91ab\u9662\u3002\u5f88\u591a\u8ddf\u6211\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u8005\uff0c\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u53bb\u770b\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u5c31\u81ea\u6211\u75ca\u7652\u4e86\u3002\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u611f\u89ba\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u500b\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u6d41\u884c\u578b\u611f\u5192\u7a0d\u5fae\u56b4\u91cd\u4e00\u9ede\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u6d41\u611f\uff0c\u8207\u6211\u6240\u63a5\u7a2e\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u6d41\u611f\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u7565\u70ba\u4e0d\u540c\u3002 I also truly believe the lack of testing is leading to folks believing that they just have a cold or something else going out into public and spreading it.  And worse folks with no symptoms are also spreading it as in the case of a person attending a party or social gathering who has no symptoms.  \u6211\u78ba\u4fe1\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u662f\u9020\u6210\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u76f8\u4fe1\u4ed6\u5011\u53ea\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u98a8\u5bd2\u6216\u4e00\u822c\u6b63\u5728\u50b3\u64ad\u7684\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u6d41\u611f\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u6700\u7cdf\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u662f\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u986f\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ecd\u820a\u6b63\u5e38\u53c3\u52a0\u96c6\u6703\u6d3b\u52d5\u6216\u6b63\u5e38\u793e\u4ea4\u805a\u6703\uff0c\u800c\u5c07\u75c5\u6bd2\u50b3\u64ad\u51fa\u53bb\u3002 I know some folks are thinking that this can\u2019t\/won\u2019t impact them. I hope it doesn\u2019t but I believe that the overall lack of early and pervasive testing damaged the public\u2019s ability to avoid the illness here in Seattle. All I know is that Seattle has been severely impacted and although I\u2019m better now I would not wish this very uncomfortable illness on anyone. \u6211\u77e5\u9053\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u6b3e\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e0d\u6703\u50b3\u67d3\u7d66\u4ed6\u5011\u3002\u6211\u771f\u5fc3\u5e0c\u671b\u771f\u7684\u662f\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u4ecd\u820a\u76f8\u4fe1\u6574\u9ad4\u4e0a\u7f3a\u4e4f\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u8207\u9810\u9632\u6027\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u5730\u5340\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u7684\u62b5\u6297\u80fd\u529b\u3002 \u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u662f\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u5730\u5340\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u6211\u5df2\u7d93\u75ca\u7652\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u771f\u7684\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u75c5\u60c5\u767c\u751f\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u8eab\u4e0a\u3002 One thing that I believe may have saved me from getting worse respiratory symptoms is the fact that I consistently took Sudafed, used Afrin nasal spray (3 sprays in each nostril, 3 days at a time and then 3 days off), and used a Neti pot (with purified water).  This could have kept my sinuses clear and prevented the symptoms from spreading to my lungs.  This is not medical advice: I\u2019m simply sharing what I did and correlating it with the fact that I had no respiratory symptoms.  The two could be entirely unrelated based on the viral strain and viral load that I received.  \u6211\u60f3\u6211\u505a\u4e86\u4e00\u4ef6\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u4e0d\u81f4\u65bc\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u6309\u6642\u670d\u7528 Sudafed (\u4e00\u7a2e\u85e5\u65b9\u8ca9\u552e\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u8655\u65b9\u7684\u611f\u5192\u9000\u71d2\u85e5)\uff0cAfrin \u9f3b\u8154\u5674\u5291 \u4ee5\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u6e05\u9f3b\u8154\u54bd\u5589\u5206\u6ccc\u7269\u7684Neti Pot \u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u4fdd\u6301\u6211\u7684\u9f3b\u8154\u54bd\u5589\u4e7e\u6de8\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9632\u5835\u75c5\u6bd2\u5411\u4e0b\u8513\u5ef6\u5230\u6211\u7684\u80ba\u90e8\u3002\u6211\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u9019\u88e1\u63d0\u4f9b\u91ab\u7642\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u55ae\u7d14\u7684\u5206\u4eab\u6211\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u80ba\u90e8\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u4e5f\u8a31\u6211\u6240\u505a\u7684\u8ddf\u80ba\u90e8\u611f\u67d3\u4e26\u7121\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u3002\u800c\u662f\u8ddf\u6211\u6240\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u7279\u6027\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u91cf\u6709\u95dc\u3002 I hope this information helps someone avoid getting sick and\/or push to get tested sooner rather than later so you know to isolate before it gets worse or to get medical care if you have respiratory distress. Hand washing doesn\u2019t guarantee you won\u2019t get sick, especially when folks without symptoms are contagious and could be standing right next to you in any given social situation. You more likely than not will not die, but do you want to risk spreading it to a loved one over 60 or someone with an immunity issue? I believe I caught it when attending a small house party at which no one was coughing, sneezing or otherwise displaying any symptoms of illness. It appears that 40% of the attendees of this party ended up sick. The media tells you to wash your hands and avoid anyone with symptoms. I did. There is no way to avoid catching this except avoiding all other humans. 40% of folks were all sick within 3 days of attending the party all with the same\/similar symptoms including fever. \u9996\u5148\u5c0d\u65bc\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u5b83\u6bd4\u4f60\u60f3\u50cf\u7684\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u611f\u67d3. \u6211\u78ba\u4fe1\u6211\u662f\u5728\u53c3\u52a0\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u578b\u5bb6\u5ead\u805a\u6703\u6642\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u3002\u7576\u6642\u53c3\u52a0\u7684\u5ba2\u4eba\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u54b3\u55fd\u3001\u6253\u5674\u568f\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u986f\u73fe\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u751f\u75c5\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u5462\uff1f\u7d0440%\u53c3\u52a0\u805a\u6703\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\uff01\u5a92\u9ad4\u4e0a\u6240\u8aaa\u7684\u8981\u52e4\u6d17\u624b\u907f\u514d\u8ddf\u6709\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u4eba\u63a5\u89f8\uff0c\u6211\u90fd\u7167\u505a\u4e86. \u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u88ab\u611f\u67d3\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u4f60\u5b8c\u5168\u907f\u514d\u8ddf\u4eba\u7fa4\u63a5\u89f8\u300240% \u88ab\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u53c3\u52a0\u805a\u6703\u5f8c\u4e09\u5929\u4e4b\u5167\u5c31\u767c\u75c5\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u90fd\u6709\u8457\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u767c\u71d2. Second, the symptoms appear to be different depending on your constitution and\/or age. Most of my friends who got it were in their late 40s to early 50s. I\u2019m in my mid 30s.  For us it was headache, fever (for first 3 days consistently and then on and off after 3 days), severe body aches and joint pain, and severe fatigue. I had a fever that spiked the first night to 103 degrees and eventually came down to 100 and then low grade 99.5.  Some folks had diarrhea. \u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u75c7\u72c0\u56e0\u4eba\u800c\u7570\uff0c\u56e0\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u72c0\u6cc1\u53ca\u5e74\u9f61\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u53d7\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u5e74\u9f61\u5c64\u7d04\u572840\u523050\u6b72\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u662f30\u5e7e\u6b72\u3002\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\u67d3\u75c5\u7684\u521d\u59cb\u75c7\u72c0\u662f\u982d\u75db\uff0c\u767c\u71d2\uff08\u6700\u521d\u4e09\u5929\u662f\u6301\u7e8c\u9ad8\u71d2\u800c\u5f8c\u4e09\u5929\u662f\u9593\u6b47\u6027\u9ad8\u71d2\uff09\uff0c\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u5287\u70c8\u75bc\u75db\u4ee5\u53ca\u95dc\u7bc0\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6709\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u56db\u80a2\u7121\u529b\u8207\u5026\u6020\u611f\u3002\u5728\u6211\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u665a\u4e0a\u9ad8\u71d2\u5230103\u5ea6\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u4e0b\u964d\u5230100\u5ea6\u300199.5\u5ea6.\u6709\u4e9b\u670b\u53cb\u5247\u6709\u8179\u7009\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u3002 I felt nauseous one day.  Once the fever is gone some were left with nasal congestion, sore throat. Only a very few of us had a mild itchy cough.  Very few had chest tightness or other respiratory symptoms. Total duration of illness was 10-16 days.  \u6709\u4e00\u5929\u6211\u89ba\u5f97\u60f3\u5614\u5410\u3002\u7576\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5f8c\uff0c\u9f3b\u585e\u3001\u5589\u56a8\u75db\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u5247\u6301\u7e8c\uff0c\u50c5\u50c5\u6975\u5c11\u6578\u7684\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u8f15\u5fae\u7684\u5589\u982d\u6414\u7662\u7684\u4e7e\u54b3\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u5e7e\u500b\u4eba\u611f\u5230\u80f8\u53e3\u9b31\u60b6\u611f\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u547c\u5438\u9053\u611f\u67d3\u5fb5\u72c0\u3002\u6574\u500b\u767c\u75c5\u671f\u7d04\u6301\u7e8c10-16\u5929\u3002 The main issue is that without reporting a cough or trouble breathing many of us were refused testing. I got tested through the Seattle Flu Study.  This is a RESEARCH study here in Seattle and they have been testing volunteers for strains of the flu to study transmission within the community.  A few weeks ago, they started to test a random subset of samples for COVID-19 infection.  They sent my sample to the King County Public Health Department for confirmation; however, I was told that all of the samples that have tested positive in the research study have been confirmed by Public Health. \u554f\u984c\u7684\u7665\u7d50\u9ede\u5728\u65bc\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u54b3\u55fd\u6216\u547c\u5438\u56f0\u96e3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u6642\uff0c\u90fd\u50be\u5411\u65bc\u4e0d\u9700\u8981(\u6216\u4e0d\u8a8d\u70ba\u5fc5\u9808)\u63a5\u53d7\u6b66\u6f22\u80ba\u708e\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u6211\u662f\u900f\u904e\u4e00\u500b\u53eb\u505a\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u6d41\u611f\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u6240\u505a\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u4f4d\u65bc\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u900f\u904e\u5c0d\u5fd7\u9858\u8005\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u6d41\u611f\u75c5\u6bd2\u985e\u578b\u8207\u793e\u5340\u50b3\u64ad\u3002\u5e7e\u9031\u524d\u9019\u500b\u6a5f\u69cb\u958b\u59cb\u5c0d\u5fd7\u9858\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u505a\u96a8\u6a5f\u62bd\u6a23\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u628a\u6211\u7684\u521d\u6e2c\u5230\u7684\u967d\u6027\u6a23\u672c\u9001\u5230\u570b\u738b\u90e1\u7684\u516c\u5171\u885b\u751f\u90e8\u9580\u53bb\u505a\u611f\u67d3\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u78ba\u8a8d\u3002\u96a8\u5f8c\u6211\u88ab\u901a\u77e5\u9023\u540c\u6211\u5728\u5167\u6240\u6709\u967d\u6027\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u6aa2\u6e2c\u4eba\uff0c\u90fd\u88ab\u78ba\u8a8d\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u4e86\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u3002 As of Monday March 9th, it has been 13 days since my symptoms started and more than 72 hours since my fever subsided.  The King County Public Health Department is recommending you stay isolated for 7 days after the start of symptoms or 72 hours after your fever subsides.  I have surpassed both deadlines so I am no longer isolating myself however I am avoiding strenuous activity and large crowds and I obviously will not come near you if I see you in public.  I was not hospitalized.  Not every country is hospitalizing everyone with a COVID-19 infection and in my case, and in many other cases, I didn\u2019t even go to the doctor because I was recovering on my own and felt it was just a nasty flu strain different from the ones I have been protected from with this season\u2019s flu vaccine.  \u5f9e\u6700\u521d\u611f\u5230\u75c7\u72c0\u5230\u6628\u59293\/9\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u4e8613\u5929\uff0c\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5df2\u7d93\u904e\u4e8672\u5c0f\u6642(3\u5929)\u3002\u570b\u738b\u90e1\u7684\u516c\u885b\u90e8\u9580\u5efa\u8b70\u611f\u67d3\u8005\u5728\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u51fa\u73fe\u5f8c\uff0c\u505a\u81f3\u5c117\u5929\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u7684\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\u3002\u5728\u767c\u71d2\u75c7\u72c0\u6d88\u9000\u5f8c\u768472\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\uff0c\u4e5f\u61c9\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u63a5\u89f8\u516c\u773e\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u6211\u5df2\u7d93\u5ea6\u904e\u4e86\u9019\u5169\u500b\u671f\u9650\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u4e0d\u518d\u81ea\u6211\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\uff0c\u65bc\u6b64\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u9084\u662f\u907f\u514d\u904e\u5ea6\u53c3\u8207\u516c\u773e\u6d3b\u52d5\u8207\u63a5\u89f8\u5927\u6279\u4eba\u7fa4\u3002\u6211\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u4f4f\u9662\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u6240\u6709\u611f\u67d3\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75c5\u6bd2\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u4f4f\u9032\u90e1\u7acb\u91ab\u9662\u3002\u5f88\u591a\u8ddf\u6211\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u8005\uff0c\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u53bb\u770b\u91ab\u751f\uff0c\u5c31\u81ea\u6211\u75ca\u7652\u4e86\u3002\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u611f\u89ba\u5c31\u50cf\u4e00\u500b\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u6d41\u884c\u578b\u611f\u5192\u7a0d\u5fae\u56b4\u91cd\u4e00\u9ede\u7684\u65b0\u578b\u6d41\u611f\uff0c\u8207\u6211\u6240\u63a5\u7a2e\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u6d41\u611f\u75ab\u82d7\uff0c\u7565\u70ba\u4e0d\u540c\u3002 I also truly believe the lack of testing is leading to folks believing that they just have a cold or something else going out into public and spreading it.  And worse folks with no symptoms are also spreading it as in the case of a person attending a party or social gathering who has no symptoms.  \u6211\u78ba\u4fe1\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6aa2\u6e2c\u7684\u6a5f\u5236\u662f\u9020\u6210\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u76f8\u4fe1\u4ed6\u5011\u53ea\u662f\u611f\u67d3\u98a8\u5bd2\u6216\u4e00\u822c\u6b63\u5728\u50b3\u64ad\u7684\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u6d41\u611f\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u6700\u7cdf\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u662f\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u986f\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u75c7\u72c0\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ecd\u820a\u6b63\u5e38\u53c3\u52a0\u96c6\u6703\u6d3b\u52d5\u6216\u6b63\u5e38\u793e\u4ea4\u805a\u6703\uff0c\u800c\u5c07\u75c5\u6bd2\u50b3\u64ad\u51fa\u53bb\u3002 I know some folks are thinking that this can\u2019t\/won\u2019t impact them. I hope it doesn\u2019t but I believe that the overall lack of early and pervasive testing damaged the public\u2019s ability to avoid the illness here in Seattle. All I know is that Seattle has been severely impacted and although I\u2019m better now I would not wish this very uncomfortable illness on anyone. \u6211\u77e5\u9053\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u6b3e\u75c5\u6bd2\u4e0d\u6703\u50b3\u67d3\u7d66\u4ed6\u5011\u3002\u6211\u771f\u5fc3\u5e0c\u671b\u771f\u7684\u662f\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u4ecd\u820a\u76f8\u4fe1\u6574\u9ad4\u4e0a\u7f3a\u4e4f\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u767c\u73fe\u8207\u9810\u9632\u6027\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u56b4\u91cd\u5f71\u97ff\u5230\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u5730\u5340\u516c\u773e\u5c0d\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u7684\u62b5\u6297\u80fd\u529b\u3002 \u76ee\u524d\u5df2\u77e5\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u662f\u897f\u96c5\u5716\u5730\u5340\u5df2\u7d93\u6709\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u75ab\u60c5\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u6211\u5df2\u7d93\u75ca\u7652\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6211\u771f\u7684\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u75c5\u60c5\u767c\u751f\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u8eab\u4e0a\u3002 One thing that I believe may have saved me from getting worse respiratory symptoms is the fact that I consistently took Sudafed, used Afrin nasal spray (3 sprays in each nostril, 3 days at a time and then 3 days off), and used a Neti pot (with purified water).  This could have kept my sinuses clear and prevented the symptoms from spreading to my lungs.  This is not medical advice: I\u2019m simply sharing what I did and correlating it with the fact that I had no respiratory symptoms.  The two could be entirely unrelated based on the viral strain and viral load that I received.  \u6211\u60f3\u6211\u505a\u4e86\u4e00\u4ef6\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u4e0d\u81f4\u65bc\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u6309\u6642\u670d\u7528 Sudafed (\u4e00\u7a2e\u85e5\u65b9\u8ca9\u552e\uff0c\u4e0d\u9700\u8655\u65b9\u7684\u611f\u5192\u9000\u71d2\u85e5)\uff0cAfrin \u9f3b\u8154\u5674\u5291 \u4ee5\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u6e05\u9f3b\u8154\u54bd\u5589\u5206\u6ccc\u7269\u7684Neti Pot \u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u4fdd\u6301\u6211\u7684\u9f3b\u8154\u54bd\u5589\u4e7e\u6de8\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9632\u5835\u75c5\u6bd2\u5411\u4e0b\u8513\u5ef6\u5230\u6211\u7684\u80ba\u90e8\u3002\u6211\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u9019\u88e1\u63d0\u4f9b\u91ab\u7642\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u55ae\u7d14\u7684\u5206\u4eab\u6211\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u80ba\u90e8\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u3002\u4e5f\u8a31\u6211\u6240\u505a\u7684\u8ddf\u80ba\u90e8\u611f\u67d3\u4e26\u7121\u76f8\u95dc\u6027\u3002\u800c\u662f\u8ddf\u6211\u6240\u611f\u67d3\u7684\u75c5\u6bd2\u7279\u6027\u8207\u75c5\u6bd2\u611f\u67d3\u91cf\u6709\u95dc\u3002 I hope this information helps someone avoid getting sick and\/or push to get tested sooner rather than later so you know to isolate before it gets worse or to get medical care if you have respiratory distress. Hand washing doesn\u2019t guarantee you won\u2019t get sick, especially when folks without symptoms are contagious and could be standing right next to you in any given social situation. You more likely than not will not die, but do you want to risk spreading it to a loved one over 60 or someone with an immunity issue? I believe I caught it when attending a small house party at which no one was coughing, sneezing or otherwise displaying any symptoms of illness. It appears that 40% of the attendees of this party ended up sick. The media tells you to wash your hands and avoid anyone with symptoms. I did. Second, the symptoms appear to be different depending on your constitution and\\\/or age. Most of my friends who got it were in their late 40s to early 50s. I\u2019m in my mid 30s.  For us it was headache, fever (for first 3 days consistently and then on and off after 3 days), severe body aches and joint pain, and severe fatigue. Only a very few of us had a mild itchy cough.  Very few had chest tightness or other respiratory symptoms. I got tested through the Seattle Flu Study.  This is a RESEARCH study here in Seattle and they have been testing volunteers for strains of the flu to study transmission within the community.  A few weeks ago, they started to test a random subset of samples for COVID-19 infection.  They sent my sample to the King County Public Health Department for confirmation; I hope it doesn\u2019t but I believe that the overall lack of early and pervasive testing damaged the public\u2019s ability to avoid the illness here in Seattle. First how easily you can get it. I believe I caught it when attending a small house party at which no one was coughing, sneezing or otherwise displaying any symptoms of illness. It appears that 40% of the attendees of this party ended up sick. The media tells you to wash your hands and avoid anyone with symptoms. I did. Second, the symptoms appear to be different depending on your constitution and\/or age. Most of my friends who got it were in their late 40s to early 50s. I\u2019m in my mid 30s.  For us it was headache, fever (for first 3 days consistently and then on and off after 3 days), severe body aches and joint pain, and severe fatigue. I believe I caught it when attending a small house party at which no one was coughing, sneezing or otherwise displaying any symptoms of illness. It appears that 40% of the attendees of this party ended up sick. The media tells you to wash your hands and avoid anyone with symptoms. I did. Second, the symptoms appear to be different depending on your constitution and\/or age. Most of my friends who got it were in their late 40s to early 50s. I got tested through the Seattle Flu Study.  This is a RESEARCH study here in Seattle and they have been testing volunteers for strains of the flu to study transmission within the community.  A few weeks ago, they started to test a random subset of samples for COVID-19 infection.  They sent my sample to the King County Public Health Department for confirmation; I believe I caught it when attending a small house party at which no one was coughing, sneezing or otherwise displaying any symptoms of illness. It appears that 40% of the attendees of this party ended up sick. The media tells you to wash your hands and avoid anyone with symptoms. I did. I got tested through the Seattle Flu Study.  This is a RESEARCH study here in Seattle and they have been testing volunteers for strains of the flu to study transmission within the community.  A few weeks ago, they started to test a random subset of samples for COVID-19 infection.  They sent my sample to the King County Public Health Department for confirmation; I hope it doesn\u2019t but I believe that the overall lack of early and pervasive testing damaged the public\u2019s ability to avoid the illness here in Seattle. You more likely than not will not die, but do you want to risk spreading it to a loved one over 60 or someone with an immunity issue?
