\u7528\u65bc\u958b\u767c\u8de8\u9818\u57df\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u7269\u88fd\u5291\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u3002\u5e0c\u83ef\u73fe\u6642\u6700\u9818\u5148\u7684\u9805\u76ee\u662f\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u7684\u8907\u65b9\u85e5\u53e3\u670d\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\/ encequidar\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u53d6\u4ee3\u8f49\u79fb\u6027\u4e73\u764c\u5316\u7642\u4e2d\u7684\u975c\u8108\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\u3002\u5e0c\u83ef\u8a08\u5283\u65bc2025\u5e74\u7b2c\u56db\u5b63\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u548c<span id=\"spanHghltcbc3\">\u4e2d\u570b\u9999\u6e2f<\/span>\u5206\u5225\u62db\u52df\u9996\u6279\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u5176\u5168\u7403III\u671f\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u5e0c\u83ef\u548c\u97d3\u7f8e\u85e5\u54c1\uff08<span>\u300c<\/span>\u97d3\u7f8e<span>\u300d<\/span>\uff09\u5c07\u6388\u4e88\u5409\u5229\u5fb7\u5728\u75c5\u6bd2\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u7368\u5bb6\u4f7f\u7528 encequidar \u7684\u5168\u7403\u6b0a\u5229\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5e0c\u83ef\u548c\u97d3\u7f8e\u5c07\u63d0\u4f9b\u85e5\u7269\u4f9b\u61c9\u3001\u5206\u4eab\u6280\u8853\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u4e26\u4f5c\u70ba\u95dc\u9375\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u53c3\u8207\u5176\u4e2d\u3002\u5e0c\u83ef\u548c\u97d3\u7f8e\u5c07\u5206\u5225\u7372\u5f97\u4e00\u7b46\u9810\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u4e26\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u7372\u5f97\u958b\u767c\u3001\u8a3b\u518a\u548c\u92b7\u552e\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u4ed8\u6b3e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u57fa\u65bc\u6de8\u92b7\u552e\u984d\u7684\u4f4e\u500b\u4f4d\u6578\u7684\u7279\u8a31\u6b0a\u4f7f\u7528\u8cbb\u3002<\/p>\n<p><b>\u5e0c\u83ef\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u6797\u9806\u6f6e\u6559\u6388<\/b>\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u9ad8\u8208\u5ba3\u5e03\u8207\u5409\u5229\u5fb7\u548c\u97d3\u7f8e\u9054\u6210\u6388\u6b0a\u5354\u8b70\u3002\u9019\u5f70\u986f encequidar\u4f5c\u70ba\u9996\u5275 P-gp \u6291\u5236\u5291\u5728\u591a\u500b\u9818\u57df\u958b\u767c\u66f4\u591a\u53e3\u670d\u88fd\u5291\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u3002\u9019\u9805\u5354\u8b70\u5c0d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u751f\u7269\u79d1\u6280\u884c\u696d\u4ee5\u53ca\u7e3d\u90e8\u4f4d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u5e0c\u83ef\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6210\u529f\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u85c9\u6b64\u826f\u6a5f\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u5e0c\u83ef\u5bf9\u8907\u65b9\u85e5\u53e3\u670d\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\/ encequidar \u7684\u958b\u767c\uff0c\u5e76\u63a2\u7d22 encequidar \u5728\u53e3\u670d\u88fd\u5291\u4e2d\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u61c9\u7528\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p><b>\u97d3\u7f8e\u57f7\u884c\u9577<\/b>\u00a0<b><span class=\"xn-person\">Jae-Hyun Park<\/span><\/b>\u00a0\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u9805\u5354\u8b70\u4e0d\u50c5\u9a57\u8b49\u4e86\u97d3\u7f8e\u7684\u914d\u65b9\u6280\u8853\u548c\u7814\u767c\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e5f\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u900f\u904e\u8207\u5168\u7403\u9818\u5148\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u958b\u95e2\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u6210\u9577\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u7e7c\u7e8c\u62d3\u5c55\u6230\u7565\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4ee5\u52a0\u901f\u5275\u65b0\u548c\u5168\u7403\u60a3\u8005\u53ef\u53ca\u6027\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u5e0c\u83ef\u6b63\u6e96\u5099\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u3001<span \u7528\u65bc\u958b\u767c\u8de8\u9818\u57df\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u7269\u88fd\u5291\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u3002\u5e0c\u83ef\u73fe\u6642\u6700\u9818\u5148\u7684\u9805\u76ee\u662f\u816b\u7624\u5b78\u9818\u57df\u7684\u8907\u65b9\u85e5\u53e3\u670d\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\/ \u6291\u5236\u5291\u5728\u591a\u500b\u9818\u57df\u958b\u767c\u66f4\u591a\u53e3\u670d\u88fd\u5291\u7684\u6f5b\u529b\u3002\u9019\u9805\u5354\u8b70\u5c0d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u751f\u7269\u79d1\u6280\u884c\u696d\u4ee5\u53ca\u7e3d\u90e8\u4f4d\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u5e0c\u83ef\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6210\u529f\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u85c9\u6b64\u826f\u6a5f\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u5e0c\u83ef\u5bf9\u8907\u65b9\u85e5\u53e3\u670d\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\/
