Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley \u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u662f\u6211\u5011\u5730\u7403\u7684\u751f\u6b7b\u5b58\u4ea1\u4e4b\u969b\u3002\u552f\u6709\u6062\u5fa9\u571f\u5730\u751f\u6a5f\uff0c\u65b9\u80fd\u78ba\u4fdd\u672a\u4f86\u4e16\u4ee3\u7e41\u69ae\u660c\u76db\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n

\u5118\u7ba1\u5404\u5730\u5340\u7684\u571f\u5730\u8870\u9000\u8da8\u52e2\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4f46 UNCCD \u6578\u64da\u8b66\u544a\u8aaa\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u7576\u524d\u6a21\u5f0f\u6301\u7e8c\uff0c\u5230 2030 \u5e74\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u5c07\u9700\u8981\u6062\u5fa9 15 \u5104\u516c\u9803\u7684\u9000\u5316\u571f\u5730\uff0c\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u76ee\u6a19 (Sustainable Development Goals) \u4e2d\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u300c\u4e0d\u9020\u6210\u571f\u5730\u9000\u5316\u300d(Land Degradation Neutrality) \u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u5728\u5229\u96c5\u5f97\uff0c\u65bc\u6c99\u5730\u963f\u62c9\u4f2f\u738b\u570b\u64d4\u4efb COP16<\/span> \u4e3b\u5e2d\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u5c07\u6709\u529b\u63a8\u52d5\u66f4\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u627f\u8afe\uff0c\u4ee5\u52a0\u5feb\u6062\u5fa9\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e26\u9054\u5230\u9019\u95dc\u9375\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n
