\u8207 Huawei\u00a0\u5408\u4f5c\u8209\u8fa6\u7684\u65d7\u8266\u6d3b\u52d5 Fintech Abu Dhabi \u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u4eca\u5e74\u963f\u5e03\u624e\u6bd4\u91d1\u878d\u9031 (ADFW) \u7684\u4e00\u5927\u4eae\u9ede\uff0c\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u4e3b\u984c\u662f\u300c\u91d1\u878d\u8207\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u878d\u5408\u300d\u3002\u6d3b\u52d5\u4ee5\u4e00\u5834\u95dc\u65bc\u91d1\u878d\u72af\u7f6a\u7d93\u6fdf\u7684\u6fc0\u70c8\u8faf\u8ad6\u62c9\u958b\u5e8f\u5e55\uff0c\u963f\u5e03\u624e\u6bd4\u77e5\u540d\u7684\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6a5f\u69cb\u9f4a\u805a\u4e00\u5802\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a2\u8a0e\u963f\u5e03\u624e\u6bd4\u5728\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u9818\u57df\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u627f\u8afe\u3002\u8207\u6703\u8005\u9084\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u4e86\u52a0\u5bc6\u8ca8\u5e63\u7522\u696d\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u6210\u719f\u5ea6\u3002ADIA \u5168\u7403\u7814\u767c\u4e3b\u7ba1 Alexander Lipton\u00a0\u535a\u58eb\u5c31\u793e\u7fa4\u5a92\u9ad4\u5982\u4f55\u91cd\u5851\u5168\u7403\u9280\u884c\u696d\u683c\u5c40\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u7368\u5230\u898b\u89e3\uff0c\u800c Circle \u984c\u70ba\u300a\u89e3\u5bc6\u300c\u919c\u805e\u300d&#8211;Wirecard \u8abf\u67e5\u5167\u5e55\u300b\u7684\u63a2\u8a0e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u00a0VaynerX \u4e3b\u5e2d\u517c\u884c\u653f\u7e3d\u88c1 <span class=\"xn-person\">Gary Vaynerchuk<\/span> \u984c\u70ba\u300a\u5c0b\u627e\u5275\u696d\u5fc3\u614b\u300b\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Fintech Abu Dhabi \u671f\u9593\u9084\u8209\u8fa6\u4e86\u5225\u958b\u751f\u9762\u7684\u8ad6\u58c7\uff0c\u4e3b\u984c\u6db5\u84cb\u4e86\u5340\u584a\u93c8\u3001\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u98a8\u96aa\u8207\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u8207 Circle\u00a0\u5408\u4f5c\u8209\u8fa6\u7684 Blockchain Abu Dhabi \u8ad6\u58c7\u8a0e\u8ad6\u7684\u4e3b\u984c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u6578\u4f4d\u8ca8\u5e63\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u63a2\u7d22\u3001\u4e2d\u592e\u9280\u884c\u6578\u4f4d\u8ca8\u5e63\u6539\u5584\u6578\u4f4d\u8cc7\u7522\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5340\u584a\u93c8\u548c Web3 \u5c0d\u91d1\u878d\u696d\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u5f71\u97ff\u3002AI Abu Dhabi \u8ad6\u58c7\u662f\u4e0e\u842c\u4e8b\u9054\u5361\u806f\u5408\u4e3b\u8fa6\u7684\uff0c\u800c Risk 4.0 \u7684\u806f\u5408\u4e3b\u8fa6\u65b9\u5247\u662f\u53cd\u6d17\u9322\u548c\u53cd\u6050\u878d\u8cc7\u57f7\u884c\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d3b\u52d5\u671f\u9593\uff0cADGM \u8207\u5176\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u5171\u540c\u767c\u4f48\u4e86\u91cd\u65b0\u5b9a\u7fa9\u76e3\u7ba1\u5be6\u8e10\u7684\u5021\u8b70\u3002\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u76e3\u7ba1\u5c40 (FSRA) \u900f\u904e\u5176\u6578\u4f4d\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u6982\u8ff0\u4e86\u300c\u76e3\u7ba1\u5373\u670d\u52d9\u300d\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u8a72\u7b56\u7565\u65e8\u5728\u5171\u540c\u5275\u9020\u5275\u65b0\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u4f01\u696d\u8a31\u53ef\u548c\u76e3\u7ba1\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0cFSRA \u5ba3\u4f48\u8207\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u570b\u7acb\u5927\u5b78\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u70ba\u7533\u8acb ADGM \u8a31\u53ef\u8b49\u7684\u865b\u64ec\u8cc7\u7522\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u958b\u767c\u4e00\u6b3e\u7531\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u9a45\u52d5\u7684\u8a55\u4f30\u5de5\u5177\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u5be6\u73fe\u6301\u7e8c\u6539\u9032\uff0cFSRA \u5ba3\u4f48\u5c31\u8cc7\u8a0a\u79d1\u6280 (IT) \u98a8\u96aa\u7ba1\u63a7\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u6587\u4ef6\u5fb5\u6c42\u56de\u994b\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u71df\u904b\u61c9\u8b8a\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u4fc3\u9032\u53bb\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5316\u91d1\u878d (DeFi) \u9818\u57df\u7684\u5275\u65b0\uff0cFSRA \u9084\u5ba3\u4f48\u8207 Coinbase Asset Management \u548c Neoply \u958b\u5c55\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u65bc 2024 \u5e74\u767c\u4f48\u4e00\u4efd DeFi \u8aee\u8a62\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u52a0\u5f37\u73fe\u6709\u76e3\u7ba1\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><b>ADGM <\/b><b>\u6cd5\u9662\u8a3b\u518a\u5b98\u517c\u884c\u653f\u7e3d\u88c1<\/b><b> <span class=\"xn-person\">Linda Fitz-Alan<\/span><\/b> \u8868\u793a\uff1a\u300c\u5728\u4ee4\u4eba\u77da\u76ee\u7684\u7b2c 7 \u5c46 Fintech Abu Dhabi \u4e2d\uff0c\u5176\u4ee5\u5148\u92d2\u7684\u59ff\u614b\u559a\u9192\u4e86\u4eba\u5011\u7684\u60f3\u50cf\u529b\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u6211\u5011\u6253\u7834\u5e38\u898f\uff0c\u8b93\u5275\u65b0\u6210\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u6c38\u6046\u7684\u627f\u8afe\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u5e74\u5ea6\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u767c\u5c55\u6210\u70ba\u8a66\u6c34\u548c\u767c\u6398\u5168\u7403\u91d1\u878d\u79d1\u6280\u9818\u8896\u601d\u60f3\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u76db\u6703\u3002Fintech (VCC) \u5e02\u5834\u7684\u5c08\u6709\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u516c\u53f8 Offset8 \u7b49\u5168\u7403\u6027\u516c\u53f8\u767c\u8868\u91cd\u5927\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u5ba3\u4f48\u7372\u5f97\u963f\u5e03\u624e\u6bd4\u91d1\u878d\u670d\u52d9\u76e3\u7406\u5c40 (FSRA) \u5ba3\u4f48\u6210\u70ba\u9996\u5bb6\u6839\u64da ADGM\u00a0\u7684\u300cDLT \u57fa\u91d1\u6703\u689d\u4f8b\u300d\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>MEVCA \u8207\u7e3d\u90e8\u4f4d\u65bc\u7d10\u7d04\u548c\u65b0\u52a0\u5761\u7684 GPCA \u5ba3\u4f48\u5efa\u7acb\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5728 MEVCA \u7684\u652f\u63f4\u4e0b\uff0cGPCA\u00a0\u5c07\u5728\u4e2d\u6771\u5efa\u7acb\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u6a5f\u69cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5168\u7403\u91d1\u878d\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u9ad8\u5cf0\u6703\u662f\u5168\u7403\u4e3b\u8981\u91d1\u878d\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u9818\u5c0e\u4eba\u7684\u9589\u9580\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u8207
