體驗超商一日不老店長　屏基護家及日照長輩補貨結帳難不倒

【記者范家豪／屏東報導】　屏基護理之家及日間照護中心的18位長輩，在豐富的人生履歷上，再添加一項「7-ELEVEN一日不老店長」。從接待、理貨到結帳，每件事都讓他們感到新鮮有趣；即便身手不再麻利，反應不再機敏，但「使命必達」的態度令人感佩。最後每個人神采奕奕地接下一日不老店長認證證書，開心地說要跟兒孫炫耀炫耀。

20日下午一票老當益壯的爺爺奶奶一同來到屏東市中正路上的7-ELEVEN廣正門市，興奮地要來體驗一日不老店長；穿上特製的7-ELEVEN制服，每位長輩都變萌了。在店長的指導下，長輩們從學習接待客人開始，中氣十足地跟著覆誦口訣「歡迎光臨」、「先生小姐需要我幫忙嗎?」，接著將貨架上的商品整理整齊，並且補貨，最後來到收銀台學刷條碼幫客人結帳「收您20元，找您2元，這是您的發票，謝謝光臨」。

這群年齡合計1494歲，平均年齡83歲的長輩們，吃過的鹽比店員吃過的米還多，做生意也不是頭一回，但好學的精神可不輸年輕人；平時就很積極參與護理之家舉辦的才藝、律動、郊遊……等各式各樣課程與活動，這次徵詢報名意願也在第一時間舉手加入。個性內向88歲的杏花奶奶笑說：「住進護理之家後日子過得更忙，每天都有活動」。高齡94歲的龔爺爺，不受年齡數字束縛，不僅跳起「抖肩舞」有模有樣，還曾遠征台中參加全國活力銀髮健康操大賽獲頒「90後」楷模獎。88歲的清涼爺爺來到日間照護中心後，啟發了繪畫天賦，在屏基醫院大廳櫥窗辦過畫展；唱卡拉OK時，還會隨機改編歌詞，逗得大家樂不可支。

7-ELEVEN與屏東基督教醫院2015年起合作「把愛找回來」公益募款，深入在地關懷長輩，在屏東30多家門市舉辦超過百場的「好鄰居健康教室」，提供在地民眾失智篩檢服務，今年更與屏基結合7-ELEVEN門市及警局、郵局等單位推動「失智友善社區」，亦透過不老店長活動鼓勵長輩與外界互動，共同打造高齡友善環境。

否定自己、退縮不前、拒絕嘗試等負向思考，是大部份長輩的慣性反應，藉由這次的體驗活動，讓所有長輩覺得自己「寶刀未老」，大量地接觸人群與人互動，提升應對的自信，肯定自我價值，減緩心智退化的速度。回程車上長輩們躍躍欲試地頻頻詢問「甚麼時候還會再辦？」證明即使高齡也能活出健康活力，展開屬於他們的後青春時代。
